Our campus includes independent living and personal care services at West Hills Village apartments and rehabilitation or nursing care at the highest level located at West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center just next door. We plan to meet your needs today, tomorrow, and into the future.

We welcome your family and friends to West Hills Village and strongly support staying in touch with family and friends. We encourage you to invite them to visit, stay overnight, or join you for meals. We can also reserve our large party room for your special occasions at no charge. And our guest room (which includes breakfast) is available for a minimal charge for your out-of-town guests, first come, first serve.

West Hills Village shines in southwest Portland as the only senior community to feature an anytime restaurant which showcases home-cooking, daily specials, and alternate menu choices, all cooked to order. "Anytime" means that you choose when you want to eat, where you want to sit, and what you want to eat. We are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Other services include scheduled transportation, housekeeping, 24-hour staff and an emergency call system. Customized personal care can be added when and if you need it.
