I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. I have two grown sons and three grandbabies, with one on the way. In order to be a stay-at-home mom while the boys were young, I ran an Adult Foster Care Home out of our home. I enjoyed it very much and it was good experience for the boys.

I moved to Oregon in 1997 with my youngest boy and became aware of assisted living field and what they had to offer to me and seniors. I have been here at West Hills Village for nearly three years. I started out as a care-giver/med aide, working a split evenings/night shift schedule, then on to dayshift.

The Resident Care Coordinator position was going to be vacant and I applied in-house for it and was thrilled to get the position. I absolutely love what I get to do for a living, and coming to work is a pleasure. We have the best residents and a terrific staff all the way from the Executive Director down.
